Weight is regulated by a system — metabolism, sleep, stress, hormones, medications you may already be taking, and habits built over years. Change one piece in isolation and the system pulls you back. That's why the fifteen pounds keep returning.
A medical program works differently. It starts by finding out what is actually driving your weight, then addresses those factors together, under supervision, over months rather than weeks.
What a medically supervised program gives you?
01
APPETITE
Your appetite quiets down
On our program we work directly on the areas of the brain that regulate hunger and fullness. Most patients describe it as food simply taking up less space in their thoughts.
03
BLOOD SUGAR
Steadier blood sugar
By supporting insulin response after meals, our program helps flatten the spikes and crashes that drive cravings in the afternoon and late evening.
02
PERSONALIZATION
A plan built around your findings
No two patients leave with the same plan. Yours is built from your evaluation, your daily schedule, your food environment and what you've already tried and abandoned.
04
CONSISTANCY
Progress you can actually sustain
Because the effect is physiological rather than motivational, results don't depend on white-knuckling through every day. That's what makes the difference over months rather than weeks.
Disclaimer: Semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription medications. They are not appropriate for everyone, and results vary from patient to patient. Your provider will determine whether this program is a fit for you during your consultation.
What your program looks like?
Dosing is individual and always starts low. The schedule below is the typical structure — your provider will adjust it to you.
1
WEEK 0
Consultation and evaluation
A 15-minute conversation about your goals, followed by a full medical evaluation: history, current medications, weight and measurements, and lab work if indicated.
This is where your provider decides three things: which of the two medications suits you, what dosing schedule your body should follow, and which nutrition and activity changes will get you more out of it. Two patients with the same starting weight often leave with different plans — that's the point.
If this program isn't right for you, we'll tell you at this stage.
2
Weeks 1–4
Starting dose
You begin at the lowest dose and inject once weekly at home. We show you exactly how — it takes about ten seconds with a very fine needle. The first weeks are about letting your body adjust, not about rapid loss.
3
Weeks 5–12
Titration
Your dose increases gradually, only if you're tolerating it well. We check in regularly to track progress, manage any side effects, and adjust. This is the stage where most patients start seeing steady change.
4
Month 4 +
Maintenance
Once you reach a dose that works, the focus shifts to holding your results — with nutrition and activity guidance so that progress doesn't depend on the medication alone.

Who evaluates you.
Who prescribes.
Which pharmacy fills it.
Most weight loss offers online won't answer a single one of those questions. You fill in a form, enter a card, and something arrives in a box.
We answer all three.
Your plan is built after a medical evaluation at our clinic in Hallandale Beach. If your provider determines that prescription therapy belongs in that plan, the prescription is written for you specifically — and filled by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy against that individual prescription.
Nothing is dispensed without a prescription. Nothing is shipped to you from an anonymous warehouse. And if something feels off at any point in your program, you have a phone number that a real person at a real address answers.
A prescription written for you
Every prescription follows an evaluation by a Florida-licensed medical provider who reviews your history, medications, and lab work.
A licensed compounding pharmacy
Your medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy against that individual prescription.
A clinic you can walk into
We've been treating patients in Hallandale Beach since 2021. You'll meet your provider face to face — before, during, and after your program.
Any prescription therapy included in a treatment plan is dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription issued after a medical evaluation. Where a compounded preparation is used, compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy to fill an individual prescription and are not FDA-approved.
